One Month Before Pregnancy

Having sex during those days will increase your chances of getting pregnant. Keep track of your menstrual cycle on a calendar or menstruation tracking mobile app. The first day of periods will be your Day 1 of the menstruation cycle, and the last day will be the day before your next periods start. The ovulation starts14 days before your next periods hence,

The most fertile days and highest chances of pregnancy are three days before ovulation and on the day of ovulation.
